The value of the non-reimbursable investment accorded by the European Union represent 75% from the total value of each project, the difference of 25% is co-financed from budgetary resources and from loans granted by international finance institutions.
The total value of the project implemented in Suceava city is 52.591.760 Euros, out of which 63.58% represents the non-reimbursable financial assistance granted by the European Union, 12.72% represent a loan from the German Development Bank KfW ( Kredit fur Wiederaufbau) and 23.69% is a national budgetary co-finance.
The value of the co-financing loan from KfW is 6.688.500 Euros worth.
The value of the non-reimbursable financial assistance granted by the European Union is 33.442.500 Euros worth.
The value of the Romanian budgetary co-finance is 12.460.760,58 Euros worth.
After January the 1st 2007, all ISPA financed projects are implemented according to the Regulation CE. NO.1164/1994 establishing the Cohesion Funds.
